The Paradise Novels is a set of three spiritually inspired novels by Ted Dekker, written mostly in 2006, and is part of a larger story called the Books of History Chronicles, along with the Circle Series and The Lost Books.

Plot
The book starts with Marsuvees Black talking with David Abraham about joining Harvard -sponsored project that has to do with kids in Colorado. It then fast forwards to a year later where a mysterious man named Marsuvees Black walks to into a small town called Paradise and kills a mute man called Cecil Marshal in the presence of a boy named Johnny.
