Thangso Baite (born 1953) is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Lok Sabha. He represents the Outer Manipur constituency in Manipur state in north-eastern India and entered the 15th Lok Sabha after winning the elections as a candidate of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is the second son of (L) Shri Ngamkhotong Baite and (L) Smt. Otvah. He hails from Dongjang village, Churachandpur district, Manipur.

On 31 August 2015, Baite's home was torched in a mass demonstration in Churcachandpur after some bills were passed in the Legislative Assembly to protect indigenous people in Manipur. The homes of Manipur Minister-in-charge of Family Welfare Phungzaphang Tonsimg, and five MLAs, including Manga Vaiphei of Henglep assembly constituency and Vungzagin Valte of Thanlom were also burned in the demonstration, which killed 4 and injured 27. One of those that died was found in the charred remains of Vaiphei's home. Churcachandpur was placed on an indefinite curfew.
