According to the show's official website, twelve finalists will have the opportunity to participate in future activities with Unilever (Thailand) Ltd. "The fun and enticing aspects of the show lie within the variety of performances on stage. Moreover, the judges have the liberty to express their dissatisfaction of an act by hitting their buzzers. A judge who doesn't hit their buzzer can still dislike an act; a judge can unintentionally hit their buzzer, they hit it and change their minds, or another judge hits their buzzer for them. The judges can also hit a golden buzzer one time per season for an act they think deserves a spot in the live semi-finals.

The quality of the performance with intentional buzzers can be assessed as follows:

  • A performance with no X can be deemed as great
  • X is deemed as fair
  • XX and XXX depends upon the judges’ decision for the participants to move on to the next round
  • With XXXX, the contestants must stop their performance immediately
  • The golden buzzer sends an act straight to the semi-finals.
