Scoring: Two best scores of five possible competitions will be counted for a competitor. Women can do either Tetradecathlon or Icosathlon. Icosathlon points will be equalized to Tetradecathlon points by multiplying factor 0,75.

Placing: If one competes with senior implements and hurdle heights of a senior category and gets more points than the winner of the senior category itself, the person from the other category wins and the person who came second gets first. this is especially common with W and M 19 and W and M 35 where they are the same as the senior implements.

Indoor tetradecathlon

The indoor tetradecathlon is a double heptathlon which takes place in an indoor athletics arena. Also run by the IAUM, its world championship is held yearly starting in 2013.
