Andrianjafitrimo has a career high junior ranking of 29 as of September 2015.

On 12 December 2016, Andrianjafitrimo reached her best singles ranking of world number 251. On 20 March 2017, she peaked at world number 519 in the doubles rankings. Andrianjafitrimo has won three singles and two ITF doubles titles.

Andrianjafitrimo made her WTA main draw debut at the 2015 BGL Luxembourg Open where she received entry by a wildcard.

At the 2015 French Open qualifying, Andrianjafitrimo defeated Patricia Mayr-Achleitner in the first round, but lost to Olivia Rogowska in the second round.

For the 2016 French Open she received a Wild Card for the main draw in the Women's Singles, whereupon she lost 0–6, 0–6 to Wang Qiang in the first round. Then, she moved to the 2016 French Open – Girls' Singles, where she was defeated in the second round by the Italian Lucrezia Stefanini.
