Teki Dervishi (born 1943) is an ethnic-Albanian poet, novelist and playwright.

Early life

Dervishi was born in Gjakova, in the region disputed between Yugoslavia and Axis-occupied Albania, now part of Kosovo). Due to his dissidence in Yugoslavia, he was imprisoned in Goli otok.
