Talapady (Kannada, Tulu: ತಲಪಾಡಿ ) (Talapadi) is a village in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka state in India. Talapady borders the states of Kerala and Karnataka National Highway 17 (now renumbered as NH-66)passes through Talapadi village which is to the south of Mangalore city. The Karnataka-Kerala checkpost border is situated at Talapady.
