Baby Helen (known by her stage name Sucharita; born 1958) is a former Bangladeshi film actress. As an actress, she got breakthrough in the film Jadur Bashi (1977). She won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress in 1993 for her role in the film Hangor Nodi Grenade.

Career
Sucharita started her acting career as a child artiste in 1969 film Babul. She was cast as the lead actress in the film Shikriti in 1972.
Personal life
In the early 1980s, Sucharita was married to actor Jashim for about a year. In 1989, she married KR Monjur and had three children with him. After 14 years of living separately, the couple got divorced in 2012.
Awards
Beside the Bangladesh National Film Award, Sucharita won Best Actress award from Bangladesh Film Journalists Association in 1981.
