About
The college was established in 1954 by S.S. Jain Subodh Shiksha Samiti. It offers undergraduate and post graduate courses. The college is the first college of Rajasthan granted accreditation of 'A' grade by UGC-NAAC. The state government designated this college as Model College of Rajasthan in 2007. According to India Today AC NIELSEN-ORG-Marg Survey of Colleges Subodh College was ranked as number 3 college of Jaipur. The main campus of the college is near Ram Bagh Circle. It has achieved several milestones in its journey and accreditation with 'A' Grade twice, recognition as Model College by State Government, conferment of status of College with Potential for Excellence twice by UGC and award of status of College of Excellence by UGC has added to its stature in North India. History
S.S. Jain Subodh PG (Autonomous) College, Jaipur was established under the auspices of S.S. Jain Subodh Shiksha Samiti in 1954 with an aim to provide value based higher education and contribute towards holistic development of the society. The Shiksha Samiti itself was established in 1918 and will be completing 100 years of its successful journey in 2018. Starting from a primary school the philanthropic visionaries slowly nurtured the sapling into a grand banyan tree with 19 institutions with 32,000 students under its wing providing education at different levels and in different streams. Standing true to the vision of its founders S.S. Jain Subodh PG (Autonomous) College is dedicated towards creation of a society infused with moral values, socially conscious and devoted towards concept of social equality. College has Five constructed floors with 146 class rooms,46 laboratories,3 research labs, 5 conference / seminar halls,Staff rooms, One open air theatre,Two botanical gardens,Five smart class rooms,Library and Book Bank, Open play ground and indoor stadium, Two well equipped gymnasiums, Huge underground parking for staff and students,One Girl’s hostel with occupancy of 225 girls, The institutional building has provisions to make it Divyang friendly with ramp and elevator.

The Placement Cell provides career guidance and opportunities in various sectors and also provides direction to the students in shaping their future. ICICI Bank has tied up with college to provide job opportunities to graduate students in banking sectors. GENPACT has also selected for knowledge center which provides job opportunities in BPO sector. MCA, M.Sc. (IT) students are getting project training by top leading MNC's. MCA, M.Sc.(IT) students are also recruited by top leading MNC's. Placement Cell is also providing career opportunities for B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A. Students.
