Subi (born 31 March 1991) is an Indian politician, who is the leader of The Future India Party (FIP), an independent political party approved by the autonomous and federal authority the Election Commission of India, New Delhi. The Party was founded in 2012 and formally established on 06-06-2013 at the Chennai city of India. The Party is being run by the youngsters with the key objective to bring young educated people into the politics of India.

He is the founder and CEO of the World Youth Organization (WYO), a nonprofit organization for youth welfare primarily concerned on youth affairs and aims to promote awareness among youngsters the importance of their participation in the progress of every nation. The organization was established in India on 1st of March 2012 with the ideology of unity and friendship.

Early life and Education

Subi was born at the Nagercoil city of Kanyakumari district in Tamil Nadu state of India. His father is Thanga Pandian, a businessman and mother Padmavathi, a Tamil speaking family from Tirunelveli. He served as the NSS Leader and School Pupil Leader from 2006 to 2008 during his school days.

Subi attended S.L.B higher secondary school for his secondary and higher secondary education. He is an Aeronautical Engineer from Sathyabama University and MBA in Airline and Airport from Bharathiar University.

Political career

Subi is the first elected President of The Future India Party, an independent political party representing young people in India, holding the office of the president since 2013.

On the Indian fishermen death sentence issue, Subi expressed strong contempt and petitioned against the death sentence awarded to five Indian fishermen by a Sri Lankan court, demanding to revoke the death sentence unconditionally. Subi stated that, "The death sentence awarded to the fishermen, who have been framed, has hurt the Indian fishermen." Following all the events the five Indian fishermen were released and returned to India on 20, Nov 2014.

Drafting the Constitution

In 2013, Subi drafted the Constitution of the Party, the written document which states the fundamental policies, principles, structure, powers & responsibilities, eligibilities, rules & regulations, objectives, rights and duties of all the bodies.

The structure of the constitution consists of 25 Parts & 2 Sub-Parts, 404 Articles, 690 Pages, and approximately more than 6,000 Paragraphs, 14,000 Lines, 1,07,000 Words during the establishment. The constitution came to effect on June 6, 2013.
