St Ann's Chapel is a hamlet in the parish of Calstock, Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is west of Gunnislake on the A390 between Tavistock and Liskeard.

St Ann's Chapel football club was reformed in the summer of 2016, losing their first match to nearby Gunnislake 1 – 11 despite scoring first. They will play their first season in division five of the Duchy League.
