Fleshwounds was the debut release from Skin. It was later re-released with a slight track listing changes and new artwork.
A bonus track, On and On was featured on the Japanese release of the album. On and On can also be found on the Trashed DVD Single.
Fake Chemical State
Fake Chemical State is Skin's second release as a solo artist.
I Can Dream (Live) was added to the iTunes version of the album.
The Japanese version of the album featured the bonus track Cheating On Myself.

* Purple was only been released in the Netherlands, with a handful of copies in Italy, too. It was set for release across Europe but 'Nothing But' is being released instead. 'Nothing But (Live Acoustic)' was added to the iTunes version of the release.
