Sinqua Walls (born April 6, 1985) is an American actor and former college basketball player for Cal Poly Pomona and the University of San Francisco.

Early life

Originally from Louisiana, Sinqua moved to Los Angeles with his family and attended El Segundo High School. Growing up he played a variety of sports, but spent much of his childhood learning plays and studying his favorite movies, and would always watch his favorite movies until he could remember every line as practice for a future movie career. He knew that acting is what he wanted to do since he was eleven years old after watching "The Radio Flyer," which is also the first movie he memorized from start to finish. In 2007, he attended and graduated from University of San Francisco's art program where he studied Theatre and Film.
Career

Walls is well known for playing Beta werewolf Boyd, a formerly recurring character on the MTV drama series Teen Wolf.

He has also made notable appearances on Pair of Kings, Lincoln Heights, Friday Night Lights, Grey's Anatomy, Blue Mountain State, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Necessary Roughness, and on MTV's Next.

He starred in the 2011 horror feature Shark Night 3D.

Walls played a guest role on the second season of the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time, as Sir Lancelot. He played the role of Shawn in the TV series Power.

In 2015, it was revealed that Walls will return as Sir Lancelot as a guest star on the fifth season of Once Upon a Time.

On August 1, 2017, Walls had been cast in Clint Eastwood's upcoming biopic The 15:17 to Paris. The film is based on the novel The 15:17 to Paris: The True Story of a Terrorist, a Train and Three American Heroes by Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, Spencer Stone and Jeffrey E. Stern about the 2015 thwarted terrorist attack on Thalys train #9364 bound for Paris. The film will feature the real life heroes, Sadler, Skarlatos and Stone portraying themselves, as well as Judy Greer, Jenna Fischer, Ray Corasani, Paul-Mikel Williams, Max Ivutin, Bryce Gheisar, Cole Eichenberger and William Jennings. The release date of the film is unknown at the time.
Personal life
When not acting, Sinqua is a published poet, who also enjoys playing guitar and a variety of sports, along with being an advocate for the homeless and fighting hunger in America. He is of Jamaican, French, and Native American ancestry.
