Shri Pillappa College of Engineering is an engineering college in north Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum, and has the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education. It offers courses in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, computer science engineering and information science.

SPCE is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Visvesvaraiah Technological University, Belgaum and recognized by the Government of Karnataka. And follows the guidelines laid down by AICIE and VTU.

Campus
SPCE campus is spread over 18 acres with widest park and stadium. Which is located in between the root of M.S. Palya circle and the Hesaraghatta at the Kondashettyhally, is located in North-West Tehsil of Bangalore.
Library
The SPCE comprises HI Tech Library along with highly sprawling green Campus, most suited for student community of every class of people in India and abroad.
Academic profile
All the engineering departments and the school of architecture are accredited by the AICTE. Students are joined to postgraduate courses on based on their Common Entrance Test scores.
Admission
Students are joined to undergraduate courses on basis of their merit in the Karnataka CET test, or in the COMED-K undergraduate test. Students are also admitted through a management quota, which does not place merit requirements. There is a lateral entry scheme in place, by which students holding diploma degrees can enter directly to the second year of study in engineering. Students, upon graduating, receive a Bachelor of Engineering or a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Students are joined to postgraduate courses on basis of their GATE test scores, as well as on their Post Graduate Karnataka CET scores.
