Samsung R&D Institute, Delhi (SRI - Delhi) earlier known as Samsung India Software Centre was set up as an 11th Software R & D Centre for Samsung Electronics located in Noida . It was established in October 2002. Samsung carries out its R&D activities in India through SRI-Delhi and SRI - Bangalore .

SRI - Delhi currently employs 1600 people. Samsung India Software Centre celebrated its 10th anniversary in October 2012.
Products
SRI - Delhi additionally performs R&D on its different hardware of its products. The Center also customises Samsung products according to the needs of its Indian customers which include both audio and visual devices.
