Sam Oomen (born 15 August 1995) is a Dutch racing cyclist. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships in the U23 category. In October 2015 it was announced that he would join Team Giant–Alpecin from 2016 on a three-year contract. He was named in the startlist for the 2017 Vuelta a España.
