He is the son of actor and playwright Chris Earle and actor and theatre director Shari Hollett.

Earle has also done stage work. At age nine, he made his professional stage debut in his father's play Russell Hill. He has also performed in Waiting for Godot, The Girl Who Saw Everything and a 2013 revival of his father's play Radio :30.
