Sadat Colony (Urdu: سادات کالونی ) is one of the neighbourhoods of Drigh Road and Shah Faisal Town in Karachi, Sindh in Pakistan.

There are several ethnic groups in Sadat Colony including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns. 99.9% of the population is Muslim. The population of Sadat Colony is estimated to be nearly 20,000. This colony was named because the Saada't-e-Mewat when migrated to Pakistan settled here. That's the main reason this was called the Saadat Colony (Colony of the Syeds). In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Shi'a Syeds started to settle here, with the pace excelerating after the start of Sunni-Shi'a unrest in Karachi in 1983.
