Ryan Koolwijk (born 8 August 1985) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays for Excelsior, as a midfielder. Before he came to AS Trenčín, he had played for Excelsior, NEC and FC Dordrecht.

Born in Rotterdam, Koolwijk began his senior career with Excelsior during the 2007–08 season. He signed for NEC in May 2011. He also played for FC Dordrecht and Trenčín, before returning to Excelsior in May 2016.
