Nagoya Expressway Route 4 Tōkai Route (名古屋高速道路4号東海線, Nagoya Kōsokudōro Yongō Tōkaisen) is a planned urban expressway in Nagoya and Tōkai, Aichi, Japan. It is a part of the Nagoya Expressway network and is owned and operated by Nagoya Expressway Public Corporation.

Overview
The route is currently under construction. Originating from a junction with the Ring Route, it is planned to extend southward to the city of Tōkai and the Isewangan Expressway. Upon completion, the route is expected reduce traffic congestion on Route 3 by serving as an alternate access route to Chubu International Airport. The expressway is planned to be 4 lanes for its entire length.
