Ross Eugene Szabo (born Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, May 5, 1978) is a public speaker and author.

Szabo is the author of Behind Happy Faces: Taking Charge of Your Mental Health - A Guide for Young Adults, which includes Szabo's narratives of his own struggles. (At age 16, Szabo, a football star and highly involved teenager, was diagnosed as "bipolar with anger control problems and psychotic features".)

Szabo was head of the The Heard, the speakers bureau of the National Mental Health Awareness Campaign, which was later acquired by Active Minds.

Szabo was Director of Outreach for the National Mental Health Awareness Campaign. He was awarded the 2010 Didi Hirsch Erasing the Stigma Leadership Award. He later joined the Peace Corps, working in Botswana.
