Ronald "Slim" Williams (born May 23, 1967) is an American businessman who co-founded the record label Cash Money Records along with his younger brother Bryan "Birdman" Williams. As with his younger brother, Birdman, he is the executive producer for much of Cash Money artist' albums, especially Lil Wayne. In February 2009, the Williams brothers were featured in CNBC's Newbos: The Rise of America's New Black Overclass, a documentary show profiling several black multi-millionaires. Along with Birdman, Mack Maine, Cortez Bryant, and other past and present Cash Money artists, they starred in Lil Wayne's Behind The Music episode, which premiered September 10, 2009. Williams is also known as "The Godfather" for his behind the scenes role at Cash Money Records.
