Robert Miguet (born 30 December 1929 in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne) is a French civil servant.
He was student of the lycée Pierre-de-Fermat in Toulouse.
He is graduate of Institut d’études politiques de Toulouse (IEP Toulouse).
