Rishi Dev started his career as a child actor. He started his career in Punjabi T.V Industry at the age of 5. He is BJMC Graduated from Punjab. He has also performed in theatre for five years. Later he made his debut in acting career in SAB TV's I Luv My India in which he was a part of the NRI family. He was known for the character Jazzy ." Recently in the past he was performing in the show " Balika Vadhu " on Colors TV where he was playing the role of Gopal. He also acted in episodes of "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" Where he played Vikas.
