Raneo "Ranie" Abu is a Filipino politician. A member of the Nacionalista Party, he has been elected as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 2nd District of Batangas. He won election to Congress in 2013.

Early career
He was youth development assistant of former Batangas Gov. Vicente Mayo in 1988 to 1990. In 1990, he worked at Senate of the Philippines as photocopy attendant.
Political career
He defeated actor-Board Member Christopher de Leon and Danilo Berberabe, replacement candidate of decease candidate of his brother Godofredo, which Mandanas opponent in 2010.
