Queimadas is a settlement in the central part of the island of São Nicolau, Cape Verde. It is situated 3 km northwest of Ribeira Brava. It belongs to the municipality of Ribeira Brava and is in the south of the parish of Nossa Senhora da Lapa. Nearby places are Fajã de São Nicolau to the northwest, Estância de Bras to the north, both in the same parish, Carvoeiros to the northeast, Talho to the south and Cachaço to the southwest.
