Plot
A freak accident at the fireworks factory launches Putt-Putt and his dog Pep into outer space. Putt-Putt lands on the moon and with the help of the lonely Moon Buggy Rover, builds a rocket ship to get back to Earth.
Gameplay
The game uses the same mechanics as its prequel including Putt-Putt's glove box inventory window, Car Horn, Radio and Accelerator.
