Puerto Rico Highway 154, or PR-154, is a rural road in the municipality of Coamo, Puerto Rico.

Begin at the PR-153 between the towns of Coamo and Santa Isabel and ends at the PR-543 near Salinas. In his time, the road connecting from Salinas to Coamo, but after establishing Camp Santiago (in Salinas). This road is closed by passing through this camp.
