Pierre Bourguignon (born February 6, 1942 in Rouen, Seine-Maritime) was a member of the National Assembly of France from 1981 to 1993 then from 1997 to 2012. He represented the Seine-Maritime department, and was a member of the Socialiste, radical, citoyen et divers gauche group. He has been also the mayor of Sotteville-lès-Rouen from 1989 to 2014.
