Pickmore Jackson (November 7, 1822–February 9, 1892) was an American shoe manufacturer and politician from Saugus, Massachusetts.

Jackson was born in Saugus on November 7, 1822 to William and Mary Jackson. In 1842 he began his manufacturing shoes. In 1844, Jackson represented Saugus in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He later served on the town's school committee. On September 14, 1848, Jackson married Lura Nourse. The couple had five children. They remained married until her death on January 29, 1892. Jackson died eleven days later on February 9.
