Phil Purdie

Phil Purdue (born circa-1979 (age 37–38)) is an Irish professional rugby union and rugby league footballer of the 2000s, and 2010s playing club level rugby union for Dublin University Football Club, and Clontarf FC, as a Number Eight, and playing representative level rugby league for Ireland, and at club level for Clontarf Bulls, and East Coast Eagles as a Prop.

Phil Purdue won 2-caps for Ireland while at Clontarf Bulls (sub), and at East Coast Eagles.

Club career

Phil Purdue played All-Ireland Final with Clontarf and won a Leinster Cup, circa-2003/04 he suffered a broken leg whilst playing rugby league for Clontarf Bulls.

Outside of rugby

Phil Purdue received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Electronic Engineering at Trinity College, Dublin, works as a Technical Pre-sale Professional of Cúram Client Solutions for IBM Cúram Social Program Management (SPM), and is a IBM Certified Application Developer of Cúram.
