Petros Klampanis (born July 15, 1981 in Zakynthos, Greece), is a bassist, composer, arranger, producer and educator.

He currently leads a group that makes regular appearances in New York venues including the Cornelia Street Cafe, SubCulture, DROM, Barbes, Rockwood Music Hall in addition to performing worldwide. Joining Petros on recordings and live performances is the noted French pianist Jean-Michel Pilc and Israeli guitarist Gilad Hekselman.

His debut album Contextual is released by Greg Osby's Inner Circle Music. Minor Dispute is his 2nd personal album which was released by Inner Circle Music in the US (April 14th 2015), Minos EMI in Greece (May 12th 2015) and Cristal Records in the rest of the World (May 19th 2015). His third album "Chroma" will be released on March 10th 2017, by Motéma Music.
