Sir Percy Henry Winfield (16 September 1878 - 7 July 1953) FBA was Rouse Ball Professor of English Law between 1928 and 1943. He was born at Stoke Ferry. He died at Cambridge. He is buried in the Parish of the Ascension Burial Ground in Cambridge with his wife Lady Helena Winfield, née Scruby (1887 - 1954). He was a fellow of St John's College, Cambridge.

He was the author of The Chief Sources of English Legal History.
