Percy Hatfield (born c. 1948) is a politician in Ontario, Canada. He is a New Democratic member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario who was elected in a 2013 by-election. He represents the riding of Windsor—Tecumseh.

Background
Hatfield was born and raised in St. Martins, New Brunswick. He moved to Windsor, Ontario in 1975. He obtained a degree in political science from the University of Windsor. He worked as a local reporter for CBC in Windsor. He and his wife Gale live in Windsor where they raised their two children.
Politics
Hatfield was a city councillor for Windsor City Council and was chair of the Essex Region Conservation Authority.
Hatfield was elected in a by-election on August 1, 2013. He ran as the New Democratic candidate in the riding of Windsor—Tecumseh. He defeated Progressive Conservative candidate Robert De Verteuil by 10.544 votes. He was re-elected in the 2014 provincial election defeating Liberal Jason Dupuis by 17,221 votes.
He is the party's critic for infrastructure and environmental issues.
