Pieter (Per or Perry) Abramsen (Rotterdam, 27 March 1941) is a Dutch sculptor, and visiting professor at the Delft University of Technology.

Abramsen studied at the Ceramic Center Leusden, and from 1957 to 1961 by among others the sculptor Jaap Kaas at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and Applied Sciences. In 1965 he won the EMS Cultuurprijs (second prize) in The Hague with his work Arabesque, and in 1989 the Jacob Hartog Award, also in The Hague, with his work Les Voiles.

Abramsen exhibited in 1971 in Middelheim Open Air Sculpture Museum in Antwerp and had solo exhibitions in Pulchri Studio in The Hague in 1980 and 1989. His work has been shown in 1995 Beelden aan Zee exhibition at Scheveningen.

The artist lives and works in Rotterdam and France. He was also chairman of the BBK Rijnmond and since 1997 visiting professor at the Technical University of Delft.
