Pavlodar (Kazakh: Павлодар ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the city of Pavlodar. Population: 28,638 (2013 estimate); 28,855 (2009 Census results); 32,302 (1999 Census results).
