Patrizia Vicinelli (August 23, 1943 – January 9, 1991) was an Italian poet and actress.

She was born in Bologna and began study at a teacher's college but did not complete the program. Vicinelli performed sound poetry and concrete poetry. She contributed to literary magazines such as Alfabeta, Marcatré, Ex and Quindici. Vicinelli collaborated with Emilio Villa in experimental theatre and was involved in the creation of contemporary music. She also performed in avant-garde films such as Virulentia by Alberto Grifi and Notte e giorno by Gianni Castagnoli. She participated in the 1966 conference held at La Spezia by the avant-garde literary group Gruppo 63.

Vicinelli died in Bologna in 1991.
