Parowa [paˈrɔva] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Brusy, within Chojnice County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Brusy, 14 km (9 mi) north-east of Chojnice, and 90 km (56 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
