Among them are the families of Faustino Alvarez, Flaviano Pakingan, Gregorio de la Cruz, Pablo Papa, Dominguez and the Martinez. During the Spanish period, this place became a hiding place for the Katipuneros/revolucionarios.

On June 1943, the Japanese ordered the residents to assemble in front of the school and they were not given food and water from morning until evening.
