Pacific Mercantile Bancorp is a California-based corporation which owns the Pacific Mercantile Bank. It is listed on the NASDAQ as PMBC.

Locations
Its first location was Newport Beach, where it opened a branch in March 1999. In August 1999, it opened a second branch in San Juan Capistrano. It opened another branch in Costa Mesa in June 2001 and yet another one in Beverly Hills in July 2001. In June 2002, it opened another branch in La Jolla. It then opened another branch in La Habra in September 2003 and finally in Ontario in July, 2005.
