The town's schools include Oyede Primary School, Egbeniame Primary School and Comprehensive High School Oyede. Ofagbe, Enuto and Ubieni are among the quarters in Oyede. Oyede is blessed with vast land and lakes. The main agricultural produce is Garri which is the best in Isoko land. The oldest man in the community is the king and He is called the odio-logbo of Oyede kingdom.
