Biography
Williams was born in Somerset County, Maine, sources have differed on the date and exact location. He was a hardware merchant by trade. Williams died in New Richmond, Wisconsin in 1914.
Political career
Williams was a member of the Assembly during the 1893 and 1895 sessions. Additionally, he was President of the Common Council and Mayor of New Richmond. He was a Republican.
