Nijverdal is a railway station located in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. The station was opened on 1 January 1881 and is located on the Zwolle–Almelo railway. The train services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen. To improve road and rail routes between Almelo and Zwolle there will be many works along the line. As a result of this, temporary station Nijverdal West was opened on 1 December 2009 until 3 March 2013. During this period, there is no direct service between Zwolle and Almelo. The services operate as Zwolle - Nijverdal West and Nijverdal - Almelo - Enschede, with a shuttle bus between Nijverdal West and Nijverdal.

The station was opened to the public on 23 March 2013 and train services will serve the new, more central, tunnel station from 1 April 2013.
