Niezabyszewo [ɲɛzabɨˈʂɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bytów, within Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Bytów and 83 km (52 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The village has a population of 810.

Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and were replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.
