Nevillia picta is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Chilodontidae.

Description

The height of the shell attains 2.25 mm. The imperforate, rather solid shell has unequal spiral ribs, of which the one on the middle of each whorl is strongest, and minutely longitudinally striate. The shell is whitish, maculated with chestnut. The 5½ whorls are angulated, with a distinct suture. The columella is callous, with an anterior tooth. The outer lip is acute, smooth within, varicose externally.

Distribution

This species occurs in the Indian Ocean off Mauritius.
