Narasimhanaickenpalayam is a part of Coimbatore city. It is about 14 km from the Coimbatore city junction in the northern direction. The main bus stand is Narasimhanaickenpalayam Bus Stand on Mettupalayam Road. Primary bus routes including 4A (Narasimhanaickenpalayam – Podanur), 102A (Gandhipuram – Karamadai), 102B (Ukkadam – Karamadai), 32A (Coimbatore Junction – Press Colony), 32M (Narasimhanaickenpalayam – Coimbatore Junction), 124 (Periyanaickenpalayam – Gandhipuram) and other local city and Moffusil buses to Mettupalayam, Ooty, Coonoor etc.

Train

Previously there was a railway station in Narasimhanaickenpalayam. It was closed by the railway authorities few years back even though people protested against this. Now there are local trains running four times a day between Coimbatore Junction and Mettupalayam, but they do not stop at Narasimhanaickenpalayam because there is no infrastructure to cater to the needs of passengers. Preliminary steps are taken for converting this route to Electrical line. Town Panchayat allotted land for constructing Railway Station and works are going.
