Nanasipau'u, (née Nanasipauʻu Vaea; born 8 March 1954) is the Queen consort of Tupou VI (and his second cousin), who ascended the throne as the King of Tonga in 2012.
Hon. Nanasipauʻu Vaea is the daughter of the Baron Vaea, a former Prime Minister of Tonga from 1991 to 2000, and Baroness Tuputupu Vaea. She has six siblings:

ʻAlipate Tuʻivanuavou, Lord Vaea who married the sister of the late Lord Fakafānua, Hon. Si'atukimoana Fakafānua Vaea, The Honourable Lady Vaea. She is the paternal aunt of Crown Princess Sinaitakala.

Hon. Cassandra Vaea, (formerly HSH Cassandra Tuku'aho) former-wife of Prince Tuipelehake (formerly Hon. Viliami Sione Ngu Takeivulai Tuku'aho) son the late HSH Tu'ipelehake (Mailefihi) and his former wife Mele Vikatolia Faletau.

She was married at the Chapel Royal in Nukuʻalofa on 11 December 1982 to Tupou VI and the couple have three children:
Princess Lātūfuipeka Tukuʻaho - ʻAngelika Lātūfuipeka Halaʻevalu Mataʻaho Napuaʻokalani Tukuʻaho (17 November 1983).
She followed her father's steps to be the current High Commissioner to Australia.
Tupoutoʻa ʻUlukalala - Siaosi Manumataongo ʻAlaivahamamaʻo ʻAhoʻeitu Konstantin Tukuʻaho (17 September 1985, Nukuʻalofa).
He married on 12 July 2012 the Hon. Sinaitakala Fakafanua, daughter of late High Chief Kinikinilau Fakafanua and Princess Ofeina, Lady Fakafanua, both King Tupou VI's first cousins. They have a son and a daughter:
