It is hosted by Micaella Ilao and Dotty Clasara. The former hosts were Maira Wallis and Ingrid Payaket. However, for the few weeks they had left the show and had other plans. Maira was promoted and later on is seen in TV Patrol Northern Luzon with Dobie de Guzman while Ingrid moved to Manila and concentrated on her singing career.

Naimbag Nga Morning Kapamilya also reaches the provinces of the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley such as Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Cagayan and Isabela.
