    My Ex and Whys earned ₱31.5 million on opening day, ₱100 million after 3 1/2 days, ₱200 million after 9 days and ₱250 million after 12 days. The film now holds the record for 2017's highest opening day gross for a Filipino film. My Ex And Whys' opening day box-office record is also the third highest opening day gross for a non-MMFF Filipino film of all time, only behind A Second Chance and Crazy Beautiful You records. My Ex And Whys is also Cathy Garcia-Molina's highest grossing non-sequel movie and the highest grossing Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil film to date.

    The latest Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil film earned ₱31.5 million on opening day. As of 5:00 PM of February 18, the film has earned ₱100 million and expands to 300 cinemas nationwide. On February 23, the film has earned ₱200 million and continues to show in more than 200 cinemas nationwide on its second week.

    As of March 2, Star Cinema announced that the film has grossed ₱341 million worldwide.

On its 3rd weekend(ending March 5, 2017), the film earned an additional $110,000, summing up its 3-week North America gross to $1,300,000

    On February 26, My Ex and Whys registers total earnings of $5 million worldwide. This is composed of $4 million opening week gross in the Philippines and $1 million opening week gross from screenings in the Middle East, Europe, U.S. and Canada.

    The film’s commercial run is already extended in U.S., Middle East and Canada. The film has yet to open in other Southeast Asian countries starting this March.
