Muhammad Waqas Khan is the son of Dr. Muhammad Kamal (Naib Ameer Pakistan). He was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, PP-8 Wah Cantt, he is also ameer-e-jamaat Taxila and President Political Committee Punjab (N) [1] He is author of many books including Ar Rouh War reihan (Seerat un Nabi) Islami Falahi Riyasat .
